I’m honestly disappointed with my PRP microneedling experience today. While the nurse did explain the procedure nicely, the overall experience felt very rushed and impersonal from beginning to end. I was expecting more of a relaxing med spa atmosphere, but instead it felt more like walking into a cold chiropractor office. The energy just felt off — not warm, welcoming, or luxurious the way you would expect for a beauty treatment. Love Chronic Care of Richmond!! Trigger point injections helped my shoulder and neck issue. Regenerative medicine with PRP was a game changer for my knees. I was able to avoid a knee replacement. So grateful for this treatment!!
The staff is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I attended an informational meeting and then scheduled an assessment. The care plan included knee bracing, prp injections, chiropractic care and physical therapy. Unfortunately they do not accept insurance which made the services cost prohibitive for me.
