Being of mature years I know what "customer service" is, and appreciate it when I receive it. There is good, better, and then there is "The Best", which is what I received at Chromex. Michiel listens, and is not satisfied until you, the customer, is "completely satisfied". From a pleasant welcome by friendly staff to saying "Thank you Michiel - a job well done", I had a very pleasant experience and outcome.
