I recently purchased a seat for my 04 FLHTCSE and had some questions that they answered with total professionalism which resolved my issue! Would buy from them again!
Purchased Yuasa battery for my BMW motorcycle from Chrome World on Amazon. The battery got extremely hot when filled with electrolyte (124 degrees F). Yuasa customer service advised that's not normal. Can't return the battery through Amazon and CW's recording says to go to chromeworld.com/returns, but there's nothing there- it's a 404. So, there is NO customer service.
I ordered the more expensive version of the battery, they sent the cheaper version, at the higher price. i got screwed. THey want me to pay return shipping, screwed again.
Ordered a pair of speakers and only got one,speakers are always sold in pairs. The price was for a pair not just one speaker. This company deals in bait and switch tactics
