ending up scratching my 1972 porche 911 while buffing. vacuumed and cleaned the inside, once i noticed the scratch he said "it was like that before" but he was buffing the car with a buffer in one hand and a razor blade in the other. he told me it was to get a few dots of paint off. then i have on camera him trying to sand it off. also have a smell in the car now i can't get out. I think he put some sort of chemical in there before he left Jason Graff the owner messed it up completely. do not trust him.
Called them after looking at the pictures and after speaking to them, they assured me that they knew what they were doing, I had them come out for a buff and full detail job for my 2004 torch red frc corvette, the interior job was below average, the exterior was worse, they left several swirl marks on my hood, trunk and fenders, they didn't even bother to open the hood at all, and they left wax residue all over all the plastic and rubber trims on the car.
