Hideous service. Dropped off something to get plated and they never return my calls when I inquire about it. If you want to lose something while getting it plated, this is the place to go! After all that, they are rude and inconsiderate.
HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE. This company is by far the worst company I've ever worked with. Today is 3/25/14 and I shipped my rims to them in October. They said they shipped the rims no less than 5 times but none of the tracking numbers work. Called Randall about these issues and he told me not to call any more and he would call me. To date he has never returned a call. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!
the absolute worst treatment and customer service I have ever had!! I ordered rims at the beginning of june 2012. They lost my order for a month and a half.. when i eventually called to check the status, they had no information on me even though i had provided my credit card number and everything at the time of the order.
