This is my happy place! 🤗 They offer a variety of classes. I've made so many new friends and been having a blast on the pole and their aerial hammocks. Come to a class and get strong all while having fun! This community is incredibly supportive UPDATE: I've taken over 300 classes here now in less than 2 years. Nothing but positive experiences. I'm clearly obsessed... Highly recommend!

I had a great time! I've no upper body strength and have gained some weight so I've been looking into sampling new hobbies and experiences that might help me lose weight and have fun. The class was inviting and fun. I took a pole 101 class but didn't realize that I selected a course that was several weeks in so they were doing more advanced things but I still tried everything and the 1.25hr went by so fast!
