Pros: great place, great group of guys that run this place. Has everything needed from stock pieces that are hard to find, (had turn signals for my 07 Nightster) that no one else had! To just giving guidance on what’s needed next. Cool vibes, shop, showroom style garage. And great prices! Cons: only real negatives is I didn’t know this place existed due to being tucked away, just need a big ‘ol sign out by Sheridan Rd. Overall, would recommend this hidden gem to everyone
John has always been friendly, extremely helpful, and fairly priced. He’s an honest businessman. Definitely worth doing business with. Do not buy online. Go to his store. You can probably find exactly what you want in his store. And if he doesn’t. He can either get it. Or provide you with a better alternative. There’s been a number of times where I thought I knew what I wanted. Bug John showed me something better.
Ahab is an old fart who always tells you what he thinks but saying that his knowledge of Harleys in pretty deep and he has been one of my best friends from before there was a chrome link shared a lot of McDonald's food with him if you need reliable work on your scooter he's the one
I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received at Chrome Link. Jon was a pleasure to work with during both the drop-off and pick-up of my Breakout. He communicated clearly when a part was unavailable and promptly offered an alternative solution for my tires. I also appreciated his transparency regarding the expected turnaround time—and he even completed the work a bit ahead of schedule. Overall, it was an excellent experience.
Very knowledgeable and helpful Staff. They have seen it, and probably done it, when it comes to sales and repairs. The Motorcycle Police , for many years, trust Chrome Link to care and repair their big Motorbikes, and I do, too. The place for Accessories , Old and New Motorcycles, finding special types of Cycles, and most everything, except the gasoline, and wind in your face.
