I will not be using this shop again. I don't have any issue with the work that was done to my bike. The mechanic Ken, was kind and very helpful. Called me many times and communicated with me about my bike. And he successfully fixed the problem. The owner of the shop however, was very rude and unprofessional. I questioned a charge on the invoice to make sure I wasn't being double charged for a part that I picked up, which I wasn't, and he got an attitude with me and then added on a charge for a product that he "thinks" the me... read more
