Drain overflow pipe clean out. Quick and easy. Tech neat and clean Did a good job.
Had an emergency repair for outside unit not working. Managed to get a same day appointment with a 4 hour window. The rep who took the call was friendly, and emphasized with my not having AC in 100 degree weather. She verified my unit was under warranty. Tech (owner himself) came out late afternoon - he was friendly, did some trouble shooting and resolved the issue with a part under warranty. Pleasantly surprised to only be charged a trip fee.
