Chrome team does an amazing job!
Chrome always does a fantastic job. They are professional thorough and honest. I have used them for over five years and they are always willing to go the extra mile to fix whatever issues I may have and they are affordable.
Not a good experience from the get go. Asked tech to put on booties which he didn’t have so he had to take his shoes off. Was clearly annoyed. Seemed grumpy about being here. Poked around a little and said tstat needed to be changed. Quoted $2050! I asked for a line by line breakdown. He said no and said take it or leave it. Having done my home work I knew this quote was WAY over priced. Turned it down and got another company out the next morning who quoted $700 less and were personable, transparent on pricing and showed up ... read more
DJ was outstanding. When my A/C unit stopped cooling last Thursday, he responded promptly on Friday but could not work on the unit due to weather conditions. He maintained honesty and professionalism throughout, demonstrating excellent active listening and genuinely addressing my concerns. He went above and beyond to support me during this situation and successfully restored my A/C on Monday, despite being booked over the weekend.
6/16/2026 Once again I would like to say that DJ is amazing and what I appreciate is his honesty. Integrity plays a big role for me and DJ truly is one of those guys that makes that part of his lifestyle. I work in the customer service business as a service manager I shared my wife that DJ showed me who he is by his actions and that's why I bought into a service agreement. As long as I live here I will have these guys come over and service my two units and feel very comfortable knowing I'm getting the best quality of service... read more
