I have tried using Chrome repeatedly for the past 10 years, and now I am done. I'll skip all the background and jump to the two big issues. My house has two AC units, an upstairs and a downstairs. I had the downstairs compeltely replaced for just under $20k in 2019. I had the upstairs completely replaced in 2021 for about $9k. In 2024 the upstairs stopped cooling. If I could give no stars, I would! They are horrible, did not communicate anything with us. After two weeks of nothing and waiting for “a part” to come in when it should’ve been in before that then they want to email us (not call) that it’s finally in. Ended up using someone else and they got it fixed correctly and within a timely manner.
