Had an appointment at 11:30 a.m. still had to wait 30 min outside in the heat with my kids. They let someone without an appointment go ahead of us. Once inside, they had nothing, just a bikini and some glasses and virtually no jewelry! Everyone was pretentious and rude! I would stay away from This location Honolulu or Tokyo is 100 times better
Worst Chrome Hearts out of every other location I've been to (LA, Miami, Las Vegas, Hawaii, and others). They rarely have anything good in stock and when they do the staff are just kind of there and don't seem to care about customers. Bought a jacket from here a while ago and the zipper broke, had to pay to get it fixed and it took 3 months.
