Frank D. 09/30/2015 Unprofessional, amateur workmanship, zero communication skills, will not recommend or use ChromeDome Audio ever again !! Adam White, (ChromeDomeAudio, LLC), did not complete the Fender modification I hired him to perform. Way awesome shop! This place is where you want to take your tube amps and guitars. Not a music store. It's a custom shop. They build their own line of products and still fit in time to do repairs and most importantly MODs/Customization for those in need. Turn around time is really fast. Be nice though. I witnessed the owner "Fire" a customer for "Poor" behavior when I was picking up my Pro Reverb.

Chrome Dome Audio is the "go to" shop for professional musicians. They have done dozens of repairs for me and they were all done on time and within budget. I wouldn't consider taking my gear anywhere else.

They were horrible! They never answer the phone, they're only open M-Th 11a-5p, but they show up late, take long lunches, and leave early all the time. You can't even leave a voicemail in they're off hours! They had a piece of equipment of mine for 3 months and didn't even bother to call me when they were done looking at it, and THEY DIDN'T EVEN SOLVE THE PROBLEM. terrible service a must to avoid. half assed service do not trust with vintage amps.
