I started my pole fitness Journey when I turned 30! I was very nervous before my first ever class, as soon as I entered the studio Andrew made me feel at ease, and everyone was so welcoming! I’ve been going now for 1.5 years and it’s the best decision I ever made! I was out of my comfort zone and very nervous when I started pole at Chrome dance but the nerves soon went once I was in the studio and met Andrew. He made me feel at ease and that there is no pressure which abled me to relax more and feel more confident. The studio is lovely and inviting with a brilliant atmosphere and Andrew is a wonderful teacher and a lovely man. Thankyou

Fabulous little studio, open at a range of different times so very helpful for shift workers! Andrew is very nice and chatty and helpful!:D

Andrew was fantastic, I was very nervous to try pole fitness but he totally put me at ease. I loved every minute and I can't wait to go back. You should definitely go and try it, don't let your age of size put you off, you will love it!!!

Would recommend anyone to join this pole studio, at first I was a bit sceptical, but Andrew makes everyone feel welcome and is a great instructor. He helps you build strength and confidence within yourself and always helps you along the way.
