I was scammed.out of a battery from chrome. they sent a defective and then made me pay 6.95 for a replacement. the replacement was defective. I am out the money and the battery. I am within the so called 18month warranty still. customer service laughed at me and refused to give me dale petruzzi contact info so I have found him and his family on facebook. I will not let this go. who is onboard for a class action?

Good communication and customer service with great warranty. My MC battery started acting wonky so I had it load tested, which it failed. Time to use the great 18 Month warranty. Found out shipping back to chrome was $57 via ground - the price of the battery! Ridiculous shipping cost UPS. Chrome has a prepaid USPS program to ship back at greatly reduced price that I used. Very disappointed. I bought a home alarm battery which failed after a couple months. They sent me a replacement which also failed after a couple months. They won’t replace the second defective battery even though I’m still in the 18 month warranty period. The alarm company verified my system is working correctly.
URGENT, PLEASE READ. This is hands down the best in the business, I own Harley, I ask you HD owners to shop around, you will not find a 310 CCA for Chrome's price, and with an 18 month, no questions asked warranty, ain't happening. If you want a great battery with someone who stands behind their product, CHROME BATTERY is the only supplier, I am so happy & relieved to have CHROME in my life, oh, and Erynn ships these things out lightening fast!! Chromes the best!
