owned less then one year..battery still works but the display quit working the display is the reason I purchased my chrome battery.im sure the battery is going out next. chrome offered a replacement but I'd rather buy another brand and avoid anymore issues
Horrible company. I had a battery to get replaced after 6 months. I paid to ship it back and was told as soon as FedEx had it they would send my replacement, they got it back 3 days after I shipped it, then 2 days after that they told me it was out of stock and I could have one in 2 months. Then they refunded my money to an amazon account that is closed and told me sorry about your luck call Amazon and find your money.

I was scammed.out of a battery from chrome. they sent a defective and then made me pay 6.95 for a replacement. the replacement was defective. I am out the money and the battery. I am within the so called 18month warranty still. customer service laughed at me and refused to give me dale petruzzi contact info so I have found him and his family on facebook. I will not let this go. who is onboard for a class action?

I bought 2 batteries with an 18 month warranty. The batteries were defective and had to be replaced. The company replaced the batteries with 2 more defective batteries. All within the warranty period. I attempted to get the defective batteries returned and was told by the company to bad. Even though the original defective batteries are within the 18 month period, they will not replace them. Buy from another vendor.
