Don’t work for this company, save yourself the headache. Its a very easy job but unfortunately the company and management are the issue. You get in trouble for using your sick time, if you request vacation time even if its months in advance and you’re letting them know ahead of time, will still be denied 90% 🤷🏻♀️ clear difference in how they treat night shift and morning shift. Ex-employee 3 rd shift coating furnace operator.. Tattle tale leads. High turnover rate new employees get bullied by current employees with lots of years with the company. Serious click and gossip problem there. There is no integrity there at Chromalloy just many snakes in the grass. If I could give zero stars I would. Lazy workers who put off work on to the next guy.
