Ex-employee 3 rd shift coating furnace operator.. Tattle tale leads. High turnover rate new employees get bullied by current employees with lots of years with the company. Serious click and gossip problem there. There is no integrity there at Chromalloy just many snakes in the grass. If I could give zero stars I would. Lazy workers who put off work on to the next guy. This is not a good company to work for I don't care what some people say about it. I tell the truth when I see it. And this company called Hurst me into traveling 12 hours for an impersonal interview at the cost of over $300 in gas and wear and tear on my truck and offered to pay for none of it, unless, I go to work for them. And make them millions of dollars. Ridiculous If you're smart you'll stay away from cromalloy Aerospace, and this is the global company.
