Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Installed a faulty hot water system, tried to refuse to cover it under warranty even though it failed with its first use. 4-5 months with no hot water and numerous (10+) calls and emails with little to no response. Get you shit together.
Hot water system has stopped working. We ran out of hot water Thursday night, contacted them Friday morning and were told a technician would be out on Tuesday. The technician never showed and no reply from Chromagen as to why or an update.
Absolute worse company I have EVER dealt with. Only have 1 number to call in Australia even though they have offices in QLD, where I live. The admin person puts you onto the service dept even after I asked her for the QLD branch number. and no one ever answers. Theres a call back service but no one ever does. ABSOLUTE shit company to deal with
Stay away from this hot water system brand. Worst product and terrible customer service.
Poor service took multiple phone calls to get someone out to look at the system but instead they tried diagnosing it over the phone diagnoses was wrong so had the contractor (they where great to deal with and shared the same frustration)come out 3 times until they eventually replaced the unit under warranty (which is great but was rescheduled twice after I followed up with them after waiting a week for a phone call) finally the chromagen tech come out who was obnoxious and blamed the contractors for the delays in work told m... read more
