I am the same as other users. If I could give negative stars they would be winners. Contacting them was a nightmare. Messed my rental around 6 times and then was three hours late. Product is also crap. Customer service was appalling.

I worked for this mob for a year and a half. Place has gone to absolute shit since their old warehouse manager Drew passed away. The guy they have now running the place is completely insane, he has threatened a few staff with physical violence and even said some very horrible things about women in general.

They don't answer the phones. Can't talk to management about issues. Worst company I have EVER dealt with. Disgraceful and unethical.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The product is junk and would not recommend. Unit installed during our build a few years ago and it has never worked properly. Gas system runs for a few minutes then shuts off. Customer service sent out a technician who was fantastic. He reset everything and it was good for maybe a month then started doing the same again.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Installed a faulty hot water system, tried to refuse to cover it under warranty even though it failed with its first use. 4-5 months with no hot water and numerous (10+) calls and emails with little to no response. Get you shit together.
