Worst company and warranty… a new system failed within 1 year… parts not covered and only labour covered…. Service department rude and not professional…. Other companies like Solarhart and Rinna have better warranty and support… which companies like Burbank and coral and others would stop using cheap companies which have no support and real warranties….

I am the same as other users. If I could give negative stars they would be winners. Contacting them was a nightmare. Messed my rental around 6 times and then was three hours late. Product is also crap. Customer service was appalling.

The guy they have now running the place is completely insane, he has threatened a few staff with physical violence and even said some very horrible things about women in general.
