In simple terms. If you ever have a chance to speak with a customer service team, two things you need to remember. Expect nothing. They think that you owe them. Customer service? What’s that? There is no definition of anything like that in this company. It is surprising that for all the hard working people that may be working there, they have to be let down by the individuals that think that they own a company. The process from quotation to installation was so easy Rob quoted on phone and sent me quote by email which was great Two weeks later the installation team arrived and installed reverse cycle multi split system with four four heads for four rooms Installation was smoothly run by the team and they did a fantastic job Also Angel from office was great with her follow up after installation Would recommend Chromagen to anyone who wants to claim government rebate for upgrading from gas to electric Well done everyone
