Absolutely fabulous experience. Aircon job, installed, and functioning perfectly, no fuss and no mess which is fabulous! Super pleased with the whole process The guys were both very respectful and friendly and Angel was a delight to coordinate with Highly recommend!
Update: the product did not last long and after sales customer support is not helpful.
Excellent communication,. The installation crew were efficient and courteous. They took off their boots inside and cleaned up. The system works as expected.
I had two split systems installed by Chromagen in August. From the beginning with my first contact with Rob from Chromagen the service and help was fabulous. He answered all my questions and helped me along the way as technology etc is getting beyond me. I knew what I wanted to achieve with the systems and this was met exactly how I wanted it. Communication is the key to get it started, good tradies to get it finished, chromagen, a two day job left clean and tidy. Even helped me put back the furniture, would recommend them.
