Been taking for about a year...2 in the a.m. and 1 at night. Don't feel any different than before, but my wife thinks it may be working internally and doing something I can't necessarily detect outwardly. I do notice that I do have a calmer disposition...better overall mood. 10-30-23 Well...it's been many years and I don't know. Don't feel any different 😕.
