Disappointing experience with Chroma hair & co. I had booked appointments for today and tomorrow, but they canceled today’s appointment at the last minute due to staff shortage. Given the importance of my event tomorrow (that I stressed to them prior to the appointment), I couldn’t risk the same happening again and I had to cancel both the appointments. The ladies here are wonderful and lovely they helped me donate my hair and took the best care, providing tea, treats, and amazing aftercare instructions for my newly dyed hair!! It’s been just over a week since and the colour is amazing, it’s so soft, the products provided have been truly amazing! 10/10 recommend this place to family & friends!
