I stayed at Chroma Apartments for one year. Overall, the apartment itself was quite good — modern and comfortable. However, there were several downsides to my experience. The walls are very thin, making it easy to hear noise from neighboring units. The location is also inconvenient if you don’t have a car, and the gym facilities are inadequate. My experience so far at Chroma has been fantastic. I had a few maintenance requests that were completed promptly in one business day. Catherine and Chloe from the Chroma team are very helpful and prompt in their communications.
