Chroma has given my husband and I the best possible experiences we have ever had in our 25 years together. We couldn’t be more happy living here. Lived there for a couple of years. It was overall nice in the beginning, as the walls mostly block the sounds of neighbors and it felt like a modern, peaceful building, despite some issues - the mgmt office was extremely unresponsive from the start, they did not do the necessary repair before my move-in, and several times each week the trash truck for the company across from the building could be heard and would always set off the theft alarm of one of the cars before 8am (including on Saturdays). I had a fantastic experience moving into Chroma Apartments, thanks to Catherine, the property manager. From the initial tour to completing all the paperwork and getting ready for move-in, she made everything incredibly smooth and stress-free. She was always responsive, helpful, and made sure every detail was taken care of. Her support truly made the entire process seamless. Highly recommend!
