I would give it 4 stars in the beginning of my multi-year stay here, and 3.5 stars by the end of my stay. Overall, it's a quiet, beautiful and relatively clean building in a great location. Maintenace staff are very esponsive and helpful. The building manager, on the other hand, was not responsive until they changed to a new one this past year. Very nice and well maintained but it's very expensive and parking is a separate fee.
We love living at Chroma! Have been here for several years. Maintenance team is awesome and we haven't had any problems. Beautiful facilities and great location.
really bad communication, never answer emails! tried to get access to gym schedules for months and never got back to me even though management kept saying they would even when i talked in person 2x and emailing several times. And they are making me pay extra 8 days of rent past my lease end date for no reason except lack of communication.
We lived at Chroma for two awesome years. The building is very nice and some big highlights are the rooftop with great Boston skyline views and the gym with a Peloton. Also, the building does a fantastic job keeping everything in very good shape and takes a proactive approach to maintenance. Chester, the manager in charge of the building, is super friendly and always addresses any repair requests promptly.
