I stayed at Chroma Apartments for one year. Overall, the apartment itself was quite good — modern and comfortable. However, there were several downsides to my experience. The walls are very thin, making it easy to hear noise from neighboring units. The location is also inconvenient if you don’t have a car, and the gym facilities are inadequate. My experience so far at Chroma has been fantastic. I had a few maintenance requests that were completed promptly in one business day. Catherine and Chloe from the Chroma team are very helpful and prompt in their communications.
I would give it 4 stars in the beginning of my multi-year stay here, and 3.5 stars by the end of my stay. Overall, it's a quiet, beautiful and relatively clean building in a great location. Maintenace staff are very esponsive and helpful. The building manager, on the other hand, was not responsive until they changed to a new one this past year. Expensive rent that increases quite a bit annually. Noise insulation of the windows is not very good sadly, and some apartments face an office building that has trash trucks that come... read more
