My carpets were in rough shape, but they brought them back to life!
Fairly rude on the phone. Very impatient! Tried to explain the situation, but the owner seemed to interrupt me readily and laugh about how long I had stains on my carpet. Unprofessional, to say the least. Maybe he was just having a bad day...but I'd recommend others keep looking.

Very rude and unprofessional. When I told him I would talk to my manager to confirm the details, they told me to call another company instead and they will not do it. Very disrespectful. I WILL NEVER recommend this place at all.
