I called today inquiring about junior ski rentals. Then I came to the store and they were unhelpful and rude in short. I did not know my daughter's specific height and weight and told them I could give a near measurement; he immediately told me this was not good enough then I asked about having a scale and he proceeded to tell me that "you can not trust any scale for accuracy"- PLease ski snob, just because you couldn't live your life on the ski slopes of ASPEN doesn't mean you shouldn't be doing YOUR JOB in CUSTOMER SERVICE... read more
Dropped my board off overnight for two repairs and a hot wax. They gave the board back to me the next morning with a thanks come again. I grabbed the board and got on the gondola to realize the two repairs were not completed, or started. I called in and they said they would refund me my money when I came in. I came in to two employees who didn't know what to do. They called the manager. I had to wait for the manager to arrive to the store. I then had to "make my case" to him. Took my snowboard here to get a wax and they did an awesome job, my board was super fast the next day and ready for the two feet of snow we got. When my husband and I were SUPER sore in our boots, they hooked us up with amazing rental boots that made our day exceptional. Thank you Powdertools!
