Been doing my taxes most of my life. Great small business who cares about attention to detail. Kind and knowledgeable staff. They even have a Golden Retriever named Beau you can pet while talking taxes.
Wish I could say my experience working with Christie was better. She changed the invoice amount after service was completed for helping me set up my LLC. Took over 2 weeks to respond to my email asking why…then explained that it was due to high volume in clients. Small firm so you would think communication would be top priority. Unfortunately, I do not recommend.
Christie has been my tax preparer for several years, as well as assisted me with setting up LLCs etc. She has always been available to answer questions and provide recommendations. Absolutely recommend!
