Wish I could say my experience working with Christie was better. She changed the invoice amount after service was completed for helping me set up my LLC. Took over 2 weeks to respond to my email asking why…then explained that it was due to high volume in clients. Small firm so you would think communication would be top priority. Unfortunately, I do not recommend.
Christie has been my tax preparer for several years, as well as assisted me with setting up LLCs etc. She has always been available to answer questions and provide recommendations. Absolutely recommend!
Christy has been great. I have tons of questions, she always answers them and never makes me feel like she is frustrated or that I'm wasting her time. I have stopped in multiple times unannounced and she always makes time for me.
