My experience with Dr. Richardson’s office staff has been extremely disappointing. While Dr. Richardson herself seems competent, the professionalism and organization of her staff do not reflect well on the practice as a whole. There have been repeated issues with mishandled paperwork and poor communication. Dr. Richardson is simply amazing, thorough, experienced, empathetic, forward thinking but stern.
Dr Richardson is the best endocrinologist. She takes the time to explain things in detail and she take time to listen to your concerns. I have referred several people to her because I am exceptionally pleased with her level of care. She is the best.
