I met with Dr. Richardson because one of my doctors spoke highly of her and referred me to her. Our first appointment was almost 3 months ago where I did labs the next week and she said she would reach back out once the labs were received. I gave it a week and sent a message in mychart, didn’t get a response. Waiting on hold for over 13 minutes and 23 seconds just to get a fax number is ridiculous. Post it on your website or on your voicemail to eliminate hold times.
My experience with Dr. Richardson’s office staff has been extremely disappointing. While Dr. Richardson herself seems competent, the professionalism and organization of her staff do not reflect well on the practice as a whole. There have been repeated issues with mishandled paperwork and poor communication.
