The Westford office of AP Derm is very poorly managed. The practitioners I've seen there have been excellent, but the practice operation is lacking. When you call to make an appointment you're told you can easily make one on Patient Gateway. I tried this but simply got a call (which I missed) with instructions to call to make an appointment.
