Please take down Yanci Gonazelez’s review. This is not a review of my doctoring. From 9/22 to currently , we are having technical trouble with kidzdocnow application. It is not something I can control and no patient with an appointment waits for two hours in my waiting room to be seen. The problem is the application is not showing the patient on my side. I am not nor have I ever disconnected patients , the application may drop the call but it is not me personally doing it.
over 2 hours on kiddoc hold with her today appt set for 6:10 and she purposely disconnected call at 8:10 pm i literally sat for my appt and was put on hold. blatant disregard for patient clearly unprofessional
This doctor is amazing and very knowledgeable. I have seen her 3x now for each of my 3 kids. I’m so glad I found her, she is my go to for telemedicine when my primary can’t fit me in. She is understanding, caring and answers all my questions. My kids all have to say hi even if it isn’t their visit and have even shown off their new toys.
Patient, loving and understands what it is like to be a mom and work full time. She approaches the visit with humor yet is so caring. I can’t wait until my little guy and I get to see her next.
