Christy Hawks is simply the best at what she does. She always listens to my concerns and takes action immediately! I live an hour away and will continue to make the drive because she cares about her patients. I do think some changes have been made within the office, but I will not fault her for that. Just understand that patients have picked up on it and it's not cool!
I called and rescheduled 2x and was late once I was dropped told my meds would be refilled for 30 days bc I'm type 1 diabetic can't live w.o insulin but she canceled all my prescriptions so I can't even get insulin until my new patient appt Nov 6th what a joke they do not care abt the well being of their patients
She is not a good NP and is very rude.
