Been seeing her for several years and she has been great!! Except when I drive over an hour for my appt only to find out they do not take my insurance. I have never had an issue using it at other offices. So sad that a Doctor will not work with all insurances. I do not think they take Medicare either…. So sad that loyal patients have to self pay or find another Doctor.
I have been seeing Dr. Guepet for over a year 1/2 now, I’ve had to go several times unfortunately due to health reasons. Dr. Guepet has been so patient with me, really try’s to figure out exactly what is going on. Seems to really care, also before I even went to her really researched her credentials, they are pretty impressive. And as for me the staff has been outstanding!
This is a review from one healthcare professional to another. It is an honor to be in healthcare to care about your patients, listen and respect their feelings. The doctor use to be this way. The office staff is very nice but Dr Gupet needs to be more open to listening to her patients concerns verses not taking the time to discuss what matters to the patient. Thank you
