Very bad business etiquette. Made several appointments only to have them cancelled at the last minute by her or told she was running late and based on her own needs to get her hair done I waited an hour in the chair while she did her friends hair and her own. Extremely unprofessional. She does business on her own time and has no respect for the clients time. Avoid this stylist by all means. Especially when she has personally told you she is “done” and not wanting to fo hair anymore.
I scheduled an appointment two weeks ago making sure I get my desired time and day, She accepted the appointment two days prior to the appointment she texted me that she moved her business and was still under construction and rescheduled me for another day. Really she knew her business will be moved and accepted the appointment. Bad business communication, ladies if you schedule any important event appointment don't count on her.
The absolute best hair stylist in the area!! My highlights came out exactly as I wanted and the Brazilian Blowout came out perfect. Thank you Christie!
Very bad business etiquette!!! Christy canceled me last minute in favor of another client!!! And why would she favor another client when I’m already booked??? I have to arrange my work schedule around this hair appointment too. Very frustrating… Plus very short notice to inform your client to change their schedule the night before when they’re probably asleep at 10pm… hope this don’t happen to anybody 😢
