Christy Forrester is the absolute best therapist I have ever had. I have suffered from anxiety for quite a long time, and Christy is the only one who treated me like a person and not a pay check. Not only have I made leaps and bounds in dealing with my anxiety, but I have made more progress with Christy than anyone else. She is the best of the best, especially in Orange County.
Christy really helped my brother who had been struggling with alcoholism for over a decade (on and off). A few years ago he moved across the country from us and we worried. He was okay for a while, but soon things started piling up. He wasn't in a position to go to rehab and he wasn't willing. Christy understood this and didn't push it on him.
