PLEASE READ!! I was referred here by my Gp. The doctor and PA seemed nice and were friendly. HOWEVER with my insurance I was charged $288 for the visit which is fine, that’s not my issue. Dr.cugini sent me to get an ultrasound of my thyroid which I got done that same day. The ultrasound technician told me that I would get a phone call in 2-3 business days with the results. 2 weeks later NOTHING. Dr. Cugini and PA Rose Taylor are great to work with, but the office does not return phone calls. I have been working with an issue since September 21 and they did not respond to five emails/phone calls. Right before Thanksgiving--yes, over two months without appropriate followup, I found another physician who took care of my issue in less than one week. I am so sorry to leave this firm, but I could not stay because of this.

love the practitioner I see, have never seen Cugini before, and like everyone else has said... this office is IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of and they do NOT return your calls even if you leave messages saying it is urgent.

I was diagnosed with graves and thyroid issues back in 2012! I’ve seen several doctors! Today I understand more about my condition from Michelle Nowak then I ever did from anyone! She spent time with me which most medical professionals don’t. I was very happy with everything she has taught me today. Thank you so much for your caring time! We need more medical professionals like you who care and take the time!
