I recently moved to Prescott Valley and Christy has been very helpful in providing home and car insurance. Very professional and very nice.
lady is completely worthless. I called to ask for a quote though I live in NV, I still have a physical address in AZ. my girlfriend does have an AZ ID but she refused to help me out. she called my agent in Las Vegas saying that she does not feel comfortable working me because I never told her I have an address nor my gf lives out there and has an ID. when I did explain to her everything, but i feel discriminated from her. don't waste your time with her people she is very ignorant
