Does not take walk ins even if waiting room is empty. Have never had an appointment that was less than a week out. A week is a long time if you are sick and they know this. They also tend to bill you much higher than market so that your insurance is more like a 50 50 split instead of 80 20. You will get medical Bill's from third party labs even after you square up with them originally. Always had the best experience
Physician/Physician assistant care is attentive. Laboratory tests reported in a timely manner. Telephone calls to clinic are NEVER returned. If you do not appear at the door you will not talk to a physician. I wonder if records are kept of phone calls or it they are ever reported to the physician. My rating of poor is based upon the lack of response to telephone calls.
