First, to be clear, I love my Dr. at the Mineola clinic. She is attentive, smart, and very competent. That said, the experience I just had trying to get my own medical record from this place was unprofessional, unhelpful, and downright confusing. Fast friendly service.
Not sure why so many negative comments but I’ve been going to the Mineola Christus Clinic for five years. I’ve never had a bad experience. I book appointments with my doctor on MyChart and he routinely updates my records and monitors my health. This is not an emergency room or urgent care. The doctors here are general practitioners (GPs) who take patients by appointment for routine healthcare.
