The faculty treats you like family. The wait time, is short, they try to get you in and treated as quickly as possible.
Tried to make an appointment and they were asking for personal information over the phone and said they could not see me unless I gave them the information.
My wife had a heart attack on Oct,26th 2023. Christus in Texarkana put her on 2 blood thinners, heart medicine and 2 blood pressure medicines for a problem with her heart that cannot be fixed with surgery. They told her she will be on these meds for the rest of her life.. She been on them 13 months now with no episodes at all. Now Mr. Sheppard has evidently decided that since she has no insurance and cannot afford an office visit that he will no longer renew her prescription. They do not answer the phone and I been waiting on for them to fax over my medication for a week in a half
