I’ve never cried with hopelessness after leaving a doctors office, but I did today. Went in with a notebook of symptoms that I’ve been dealing with for over a month. Struggling with chronic symptoms and wanted answers. Health getting worse fast. Because I UNKNOWINGLY scheduled the “wrong type” of appointment, I was rushed in and out, barely looked at, and told “you need to wait until the doctor tells you you’re sick to be worried”. Dr Ms. J. Schade is so unprofessional and rude .
Dr Ms. J. Schade is the worst most unprofessional and rudest doctor I've ever dealt with! I'm giving the four stars because of the facilities manager Mrs Kelley response in dealing with the issue and taking care of my problem that I came in for! As well as all of the rest of the staff at the facilities were all very courteous and polite only Dr Ms. J. schade she does not be to be in practice at all!
