Updated Took time off work and drove an hr for my appt to be told that they have been calling the wrong number for 2 weeks and had my name down wrong even tho both the insurance company and the VA have it correct so after waiting for 7 months for this appointment i get sent away due to the appointment being cancelled earlier that day with out notification. I would be inclined to believe that they were given the wrong number if i didnt have 3 voicemails from the VA and Triwest confirming and reminding me of this appointment. ... read more
