I am writing to express my deep concerns regarding the administrative management at this facility. Navigating these issues while pregnant and postpartum has been incredibly difficult. The most alarming issue is the communication breakdown and neglect regarding post-operative care. While recovering from a C-section, I required a prescription renewal for pain medication. My doctor is amazing but those front desk nurse people are super rude and very unprofessional half of them are new and don’t know what there doing half the time that office use to be filled with nice people and now they got all these new ones and it’s just not the same anyone
