I scheduled an appt for May 20th. They cancelled it without calling me directly and left a message on mychart saying it was cancelled since "doctors don't share patients". Was advised I can only be seen by one doctor, no others. He was scheduled out until August. It's May now. I have been in pain for over a week and they seemed completely indifferent and un-wanting to help me be seen sooner despite urgent care suggesting I be seen asap.
Terrible respect of my time. Was forced to wait 30+ minutes to see my doctor, then was told I was being checked by the nurse practitioner. Last time I was 30 mins late I had to reschedule but they had no problem making me wait to not see my doctor.
The office staff of Zachary Hamilton DO NOT follow up with you at all whatsoever! Even if you go through my chart and message they do not follow up. It’s extremely frustrating. I’ve never dealt with this kind of neglect from a clinical staff at Christus trinity. I even have a primary care doctor through Trinity And they’ve always followed up with me even if it takes 72 hours I have at least had some kind of contact from them. The front desk lady with dark hair was very rude and impatient made me feel uncomfortable to be there
