I came to the clinic as a walk in for a simple blood draw. I did not get my blood drawn for over two hours. The staff working the front desk did nothing to assist when I queried them about an hour into my extended wait. Very disappointing on the lack of patient care.
I am not getting help I been trying to call them and nobody answered they don’t even check your chart when I went to my appointment they said it’s Anxiety and I been throwing up for 10 days straight and they said oh you need to loss weight and you can’t because you already have asthma and it’s hard to lose weight this is ridiculous
Always been given great service and care from everyone here, from the front staff, nurses and my doctor. Been a long term patient and glad they got a bigger place off of Babcock. They needed it and deserved it. My doctor recently retired but my new Doctor Garza and his staff are awesome and take great care of me
