I was skeptical because of reviews BUT I had a wonderful experience. The nurses really cared and took their time. I appreciate everything they do. Thank you staff.
Front desk clerk NEEDS immediate customer service training. She has her back to you and will barely acknowledge you, talking to you barely looking over her shoulder. Repositioning desk would be my suggestion. Nurses don’t acknowledge you by name instead they open the door and say we’re ready for you which is so unprofessional. Dr. Larsen was Ahhhmazing!
