I was skeptical because of reviews BUT I had a wonderful experience. The nurses really cared and took their time. I appreciate everything they do. Thank you staff.
Front desk clerk NEEDS immediate customer service training. She has her back to you and will barely acknowledge you, talking to you barely looking over her shoulder. Repositioning desk would be my suggestion. Nurses don’t acknowledge you by name instead they open the door and say we’re ready for you which is so unprofessional. Dr. Larsen was Ahhhmazing! Let’s talk about the wonderful care the staff gives here instead of money. I’ve had two surgeries here and both times I’ve been extremely happy with the pre and post care received by the whole team. Thanks to all of you. You have a great team.
Place was ok but I need my records for another professional and they have refused to give them to me and it's been over a month. You can tell the nun at the desk is lying about why. I wonder how many hail Mary's she is going to have to do to make up for her lack of honesty.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! I had surgery here this summer and then I got the surprise $1000 bill from an anesthesiologist company. The surgical team did not inform me this was coming, and neither did the Anestesiologist team.
