Got referred to this place. After reading the reviews....turning away...wow.
I'm reviewing the Los Alamos office. I arrived on time and was immediately told my initial appointment was at a different time. Annoying as I didn't schedule it then but fine, people make mistakes. The one star is for the male therapist who came into the waiting room where there were other patients and proceeded to argue with me about the level of pain and the location. Worst organization ever my therapist is great but trying to get my appointments. All scheduled in is ridiculous. I have six appointments that I was required to do. I can only get four of them in and everything else has to be standby. I can’t do standby and they tell me there’s nothing we can do to schedule further out to get you in. I am asking my doctor to send me somewhere else that has better ratings. I cannot tolerate this. It is ridiculous when you need physical therapy and you cannot get it
Very happy with my care for an injury. PT'S Mel and Jeremy were very encouraging, professional and listened to my concerns. They were also light-hearted and made my sessions enjoyable even with the work. Highly recommend! Thank you!
Don’t bother. I had hip replacement surgery and the therapists that I had actually injured my IT band on my operated hip side. I was in pain for 6 months on my IT band because of them, plus trying to still heal from my hip surgery. The worst PT I’ve ever had. It’s like an assembly line there, you’re in and out with barely any exercises to do at home. Plus u can never get in, always a problem with scheduling. They rush u in and out.
