I went to therapy for 6 months for my wrist and couldn’t be happier with the care I received. I worked with Elisa, Kristen, Anne and Theresa, all of whom were friendly and engaging. They helped set me up for success with exercises and personalized routines to achieve the goals I had after surgery. Had a few sessions and then was told my therapist left and I would receive a phone call to get reevaluated. Waited over a month and finally tried calling them to see what was going on. The lady on the phone was very rude and made it seem like it was an inconvenience that I called. She offered me an appointment in two weeks and unfortunately I could not do it because of work. This place doesn't pick up or return phone calls, and scheduling is out by months. Requested to be contacted by management twice and she won't return a phone call. Nothing about this place is professional.

I thought Bernadette and Andrea did an exceptional job teaching me the pelvic floor exercises I needed for my problem. I would highly recommend CSV sports medicine to anyone. Thank you!
