I having been two years in regard to a bone to bone knee.
These people don't know what they are doing, I had 2 PT appointments scheduled this week and used the online MyChart to request cancellation of one of them. They cancelled the wrong appointment and it is no longer available. It's really just a corporate grinder without any personal service.
I have had the best occupational therapy ever! I went in with high level of pain and discomfort and 6 weeks later I’m almost pain free!!! I highly recommend this facility, Effie, Lexi and Justine were awesome to work with, thank you!!!
Never called returned my calls or called me at any point. Their staff marked my referral (from a CSV primary care physician) as closed and refused to tell me why.
The physical therapy team is one of the best in Santa Fe! I received wonderful one on one care with my PT each visit. I had amazing results helping me get back on my feet! Thank you! Thank you CSV Sports Medicine.
