It was a fall on my knees on a leisurely park walk that took me to the St. Vincent Emergency Room. I will never forget how speedy and efficient the attention I received there was.
I entered the hospital through the ER with at least 12 bee stings. The disorganization, neglect, lack of empathy and urgency and I was getting sicker while actually in the hospital, leaves me with the worst feeling in 32 years of living and interacting with St Vincent’s … Dr. Ladd was very good though
