My partner is 83 yo and visited the ER 2 days ago with severe dizziness and nausea. Dr. Meher Best was the physician who saw him. Dr. Best gave us a referral to SW Ear Nose and Throat telling us to schedule asap. I have tried several times, but the referral Dr. Best wrote does not allow us fast access. According to ENT, it says it's for a hearing test and they will not schedule him any sooner than mid-August. I've been going round and round for 2 days and no one is helping me to sort this out. Prompt, professional, and personal from the security people to the take-in-process, nurse, physician, the visit was reassuring and caring. I walked in frightened, and left feeling this visit was meant-to-be by a caring staff. Bravi!

I have many complex disabilities, and it can make me very difficult to care for at times. This facility is my go to. I was triaged by a very small and unshakable redheaded paramedic. Nathaniel was next to provide me care sans was very patient and a really good listener. I needed an xray, and Nadine made it easier than ever (and I’ve gotten many many x-rays).
