Was seen very promptly, all around good experience from the intake desk, triage nurse, ER doctor (she was GREAT), technicians, etc. I won't hesitate to go back there if needed.

This was, without question, the worst ER experience I have ever had. The nurse blew my vein during the blood draw, then immediately rushed me out without even giving me time to redress. I was told to follow her and was taken into a room full of other patients, where she simply left without any instructions. I was forced to get dressed in front of strangers, which was both uncomfortable and completely unprofessional. I have never had a bad experience at the Christus ER. This last visit was completely thorough, adequate tests or conducted and the results explained thoroughly. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Definitely an excellent organization and Santa Fe is fortunate to have them.
