W my elderly Mom, some labs have trouble finding a vein so they end up having a blood draw that has to be repeated. Not here. Super friendly and competent and never a long wait.
The worst customer services. Called to ask a quick simple question and got hung up on three times. The time that they finally answered I put me on hold for over 20 minutes. Insanely irritating customer service at the front
Customer service was VERY cold but I was in and out fairly quickly.
Giving a bad review as I developed a large bruise on my arm where my blood draw was. 9 days later I still have a bad looking bruise. Never had this happen before. Usually one day after a blood draw I can't see where the needle was inserted. I think the phlebotomist needs additional training. It also was one of the more painful blood draws. I would not use the lab again.
