This facility is extremely clean and professional, the front desk is brisk and cheerful, and the techs are very proficient. They are very responsive by phone if there are questions that need to be answered.
W my elderly Mom, some labs have trouble finding a vein so they end up having a blood draw that has to be repeated. Not here. Super friendly and competent and never a long wait.
The worst customer services. Called to ask a quick simple question and got hung up on three times. The time that they finally answered I put me on hold for over 20 minutes. Insanely irritating customer service at the front
