When you call the clinic phone number, you are forced into a phone tree. There is no option for general questions. The wall this creates prohibits good patient care. No matter which option you select, you cannot speak to a live person. I even selected the physician to physician option and it rang unanswered. For the other options, you can only leave a message to be returned later, at someone's convenience. I’m extremely disappointed with the negligence and disorganization at this cancer center—especially given the fact that my family member is battling stage 4 cancer. Over the past several days, I have called multiple times, left several voicemails, and have yet to receive a response. I finally went to the clinic in person, only to be told that no clinic manager was on site. My husband is receiving treatment here we have both been consistently impressed with the medical, office and support staff as well as with the standard of care. With an illness as difficult as this one, I feel fortunate that he is in this competent and caring system.
