It’s a shame that Nexus was closed. We followed our provider to this new location. I needed to reschedule my mom’s apt. I have left at least three voicemails and have not heard a response in over a week. The center itself is very unorganized especially considering the number of staff that deal with check ins. The phone system also needs to be updated as their system does not reflect the new physicians and it’s been several months since the change.

Too bad the owners of this fancy new cancer center don't care about the environment enough to have installed electric car charging stations for those who are trying to improve the environment by driving electric cars.

I recently came to NM to help my father get through a rough patch and help him to and from his cancer treatments. I was very impressed with everyone at the hospital. All the Dr's were so kind and courteous. The nurses were the sweetest people and took the best care of my Dad. I'm tearing up just thinking about it. I can't express how thankful I am for the great people at this hospital. You are angels to us. I only hope all the love and kindness you give will come back to you ten fold. Thank you so much.
