The worst care. I was just thrown to the wind. No answers to anything. Wrong test done. Had a scan done for a lump in my neck. Radiology Tech telling me that the code for neck means abdomen. So I tend to wonder. What's the billing code for neck? Pap Smear? I would go in to have a lump removed but instead get a gynecological exam. Ridiculous. No returned calls. Dr. Dipaolo couldn't come up with an answer so he just ignored me. Didn't even try to figure out what is going on. He couldn't figure it out so, "oh well". My numbers.... read more
Very unresponsive, impossible to get ahold of. Made me get an $11k genetic test making me believe that this was necessary for cancer treatment. Test was not in network and claim was denied by insurance. Facility did not respond to requests for follow up for several weeks. Will not assist in disputing claim either. I received care out of state and it turned out to be hurthle cell carcinoma. Absolutely abysmal care here.
