I was led to believe how efficient this newly cancer care center was since I was quickly checked in then waited 45 minutes on both of my appointments with this very young doctor. If I would have been late, my appointment would have been cancelled. The building is quite amazing but the care isn’t. Doctors don’t seem to care like before.

I can’t imagine a less therapeutic space for patients. And a less compassionate staff. It looks like a cheap hotel, and that’s how they treat you. As both a physician and a patient, I would recommend avoiding this place at all costs. And wow, looks as if most of the latest reviews say same.

They are terrible at scheduling and have rescheduled close to twenty times for cancer treatment.

Saw Macdougall months back. She didn’t listen to me as a patient despite being clear and direct. Her office called to schedule testing some of which was discussed as undesireable for different reasons; apparently it was not noted or communicated to staff and no tests ever were ever scheduled. When it came time for her office to help with refilling a vital prescription they never did their job. When you call the clinic phone number, you are forced into a phone tree. There is no option for general questions. The wall this creates prohibits good patient care. No matter which option you select, you cannot speak to a live person. I even selected the physician to physician option and it rang unanswered. For the other options, you can only leave a message to be returned later, at someone's convenience.
