My husband is receiving treatment here and we are both impressed with Dr. Todd Hultman as well as his efficient support staff. Dr. Hultman is so caring, knowledgeable, thorough and he is a miracle worker!
does anyone answer the phone ever at this cancer center. it is so frustrating. I called the main and had them transfer me as well. no answer still. Horrible !
Nobody answers the scheduling line for new patients
It’s a shame that Nexus was closed. We followed our provider to this new location. I needed to reschedule my mom’s apt. I have left at least three voicemails and have not heard a response in over a week. The center itself is very unorganized especially considering the number of staff that deal with check ins. The phone system also needs to be updated as their system does not reflect the new physicians and it’s been several months since the change.
Too bad the owners of this fancy new cancer center don't care about the environment enough to have installed electric car charging stations for those who are trying to improve the environment by driving electric cars.
