The new cancer center is difficult to get to on st Michaels and the way they check in patients is outdated and inefficient. I was waiting for 45 minutes to be seen and the check-in took unnecessarily long for an appointment that was supposed to be at 8:00 am. I would avoid using this place for imaging. They are really slow and lag. This should’ve taken 15 minutes for checkin at most. Avoid this place if you can.

I have a referral - i have left multiple messages to get an appointment scheduled. It’s been weeks now. I’ve never received a call back. Truly abysmal Support.

PATIENT BEWARE!! I recently had a routine office visit with one of the oncologist. The cancer center billed my insurance $288., my co-pay was $10. The center also billed $431. for use of the room! My responsibility was $145. Although this facility is convenient, I will not be going back. Living with cancer is not easy. Shame on Christus for putting profit ahead of compassion.

Terrible customer service. 4 calls to set up an appointment and no return calls. No accountability for patients needs or medical requirements. Best to go to Abq for treatment.

I was led to believe how efficient this newly cancer care center was since I was quickly checked in then waited 45 minutes on both of my appointments with this very young doctor. If I would have been late, my appointment would have been cancelled. The building is quite amazing but the care isn’t. Doctors don’t seem to care like before.
