After switching insurance , I had to see a new Dr, it's been over 4 months , they made me do a sleep test n breathing test , after they could not get my records from Presbyterian, I was upset but went through it , took months between these appts, still no oxygen or sleep apnea machine, after leaving my doctor of 15 years that I hated to leave but insurance gave me no choice. I want to share my experience in hopes it helps others in the community be aware what truly goes on in this clinic. If I could give no stars I would. I work in the medical field as well so I am very familiar with these processes and how they should be handled. Dr. Fernandez helped me to deal with my sleep apnea and how to make the best use of the CPAP machine settings. She listened carefully and answered all my questions.
