I found the Pharmacy to be convenient and clean
Understaffed, waited in huge line only to find out “the prescription was already picked up” - by who? No answer. Came with 76 year old mobility impaired patient being discharged. They told us the medication was picked up and were unhelpful in figuring out what to do. They were quote “backed up really badly.” They were unwilling to help. We came to pick up medication because that’s what the nurse said during discharge, only to find out it is not here and they have no answers for us.
Amanda was very inconsiderate and rude.
Pleasant, knowledgeable staff; efficiently run. Very reliable.
