Dr. Prosser handled my complex case very well. She stayed organized and made sure we covered all my diseases and specialists I still need to see as I am new to the area. I felt very heard and very welcome/comfortable.
Dr. Prosser was terrific. Friendly, knowledgable, paid attention and was efficient. Glad to have found her.
This place has really gone down hill. The receptionists are rude. And the doctors are always leaving. I had an appointment at 1pm and they called at 1240pm to cancel. I'm currently pregnant and have been told my doctor is leaving. They set me up w a new doctor but when I went to make an appointment they said she doesn't take patients. No one knows how to communicate at this place.
I’ve been going here for years. Every time I call they never have time for me and say go to urgent care. Just found out today when trying to get an appointment with “my doctor” that he isn’t there anymore and it’s because this is a RESIDENT CLINIC meaning the doctors are only there temporarily. Worst clinic and experience ever. I do NOT recommend. Should have listened to the bad reviews.
Dr Prosser is a very knowledgeable, dedicated doctor. I am so thankful for her! She listens, cares, and provides great medical advice.
