I had to go to the ER for a possible concussion and though I was not looking forward to it, I had a surprisingly great experience! Everyone was so nice and the entire staff was efficient and helpful! I was seen within 5 minutes of my arrival and I felt very much taken care of by everyone there. Thank you!

I had a very positive experience at the emergency room. The staff were caring, knowledgeable, and kind. I did have to wait a bit longer than usual due to arriving right at shift change, but the team was very accommodating and even apologized for the delay—it really wasn’t a big deal. I went in to have a surgical incision evaluated, and it turned out to be infected, just as I suspected. I felt well cared for throughout the visit.

When my doctor told me that I had symptoms that could indicate a problem that could be immediately fatal and that I needed a very complex CT scan to see if I had the condition, it was too late in the day to get the scan most places. I started calling different hospitals to see where I could get the scan that evening as I did not want to go through the night in fear and with some very scary symptoms.
