Poor care. No respect. No call button. No bed for 6 hours. I was on crutches and had to get up with crutches to ask for things several times for help. Had severe back pain and inability to walk and had to ask for a bed 6 hours later. Noone checked on me for over 5 hours. RN Jose made rude remarks to my daughter who is a FNP and told her "Why don't you order a MRI for yr mom if you're a NP. Dr. Abruzzo has bad listening and bedside manners. Always a pleasure having Dr. Bair who is an excellent, pleasant and knowledgeable physician. Definitely a plus for me having him & his assistant John taking care of my orthopedic needs.
