Most incompetent and inefficient people you will ever deal with.
Was scheduled for a May 7th sleep study. Had appointment since February. The sleep lab called a few days prior to the test to tell me my federal blue cross blue shield had not approved my sleep study yet. They had since Feb to get approval. Said they would get it approved and call me with an appointment. It's now May 29 and I still don't have an appointment scheduled. No follow-up whatsoever.
